Job Description

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President of Marketing & Growth will lead the strategy, execution and team responsible for growing guest awareness, traffic, loyalty and lifetime value across every channel. This role offers a clear path to becoming the company's Chief Marketing Officer as the company scales.

Position Summary

The Vice President of Marketing & Growth is responsible for building marketing organization and driving measurable business growth. This leader will oversee brand strategy, guest acquisition, first-party digital, third-party marketplaces, catering marketing, innovation launches, and local restaurant marketing while partnering closely with Operations, Culinary, Finance and Technology.

Success will be measured by increased guest traffic, stronger brand awareness, improved loyalty, higher AUVs, increased catering sales and profitable growth.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Brand & Guest Growth

• Define and execute long-term brand strategy.
• Build a distinctive brand through storytelling, PR, partnerships and community engagement.
• Develop local marketing programs that drive restaurant traffic.
• Ensure brand consistency across every guest touchpoint.

Digital & Customer Growth

• Lead first-party growth through CRM, loyalty, lifecycle marketing and digital ordering.
• Own third-party marketplace strategy across Uber Eats, DoorDash and future partners.
• Improve guest acquisition, retention, frequency and lifetime value.
• Develop personalization strategies using customer data and AI.

Commercial Growth

• Partner with the Director of Catering to build a scalable catering demand engine.
• Lead the annual promotional calendar and innovation pipeline alongside Culinary and Operations.
• Develop new restaurant opening marketing strategies and launch plans.
• Identify new partnerships and revenue opportunities that accelerate growth.

Analytics & Marketing Operations

• Build KPI dashboards and marketing performance reporting.
• Establish ROI and ROAS measurement across all marketing investments.
• Use AI and automation to improve efficiency, personalization and decision-making.
• Manage marketing technology, agency partners and vendor relationships.

Leadership

• Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing marketing team.
• Foster a culture of creativity, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Culinary, Finance, Technology and HR to align marketing with company priorities.

You are equally comfortable discussing creative direction, guest behavior, marketplace economics and business performance. You understand that great marketing is measured not by campaigns, but by business results.

Restaurant, hospitality or consumer brand leadership experience is strongly preferred.
