Job Title: SAP EDI Integration Lead

Job Description:

• Own the overall EDI workstream and serve as the primary point of accountability for EDI delivery and readiness.
• Maintain a complete inventory of inbound and outbound EDI interfaces, transactions, trading partners, dependencies, and business processes.
• Develop and manage the interface-level delivery plan covering requirements, design, development, testing, defects, cutover, and production readiness.
• Assign clear owners and target dates for all EDI deliverables and drive teams to complete activities on schedule.
• Coordinate across SAP, client's EDI, integration, business, testing, infrastructure, and external trading-partner teams.
• Facilitate requirements and design sessions and ensure requirements are complete, approved, and traceable through testing.
• Ensure EDI designs address transaction volumes, automation, acknowledgments, duplicate prevention, sequencing, error handling, monitoring, reconciliation, reprocessing, recovery, security, and auditability.
• Drive end-to-end, regression, exception, performance, and volume testing using production-representative scenarios and transaction volumes.
• Maintain accurate interface-level testing and defect status, including execution progress, pass rates, defect aging, resolution, retesting, and business signoff.
• Identify and escalate risks related to design, development, environments, testing, performance, trading-partner readiness, cutover, and production support.
• Develop the EDI cutover plan, including partner coordination, connectivity changes, transaction transition, reconciliation, validation, rollback, and command-center support.
• Confirm monitoring, alerting, operational procedures, support ownership, and escalation paths are in place before go-live.
• Present EDI status, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions in program meetings, readiness reviews, and senior leadership forums.
• Lead EDI go-live and stabilization activities, ensuring rapid resolution of failed transactions, processing delays, and business-impacting issues.
