We're hiring a Houston-based Dispatcher to coordinate field personnel, job orders, and day-to-day execution for oil & gas and industrial projects. This role is the hub between the client, the field workforce, and internal recruiting—keeping schedules tight, communication clear, and problems solved fast.If you're calm under pressure, strong on the phone, and naturally organized, you'll do well here.
