CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour
SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently seeking CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Millis, MA! We're looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Your Responsibilities
Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities
Support clients with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
Build meaningful connections through companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home
Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
Report changes in client needs or condition to the care team
Qualifications
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Patient, compassionate, and reliable
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
Able to commit to scheduled shifts
